Congratulations to Tomcat senior Bianca Quintanilla, a recipient of a National Silver Key in the Scholastic Art & Writing 2019 competition. Bianca’s painting, entitled “Home Coming” won the Silver Key. Bianca is now part of the legacy that, since 1923, has celebrated teen artists from across the country, including artist Andy Warhol, author Truman Capote, and filmmaker Ken Burns. Bianca’s work places her within the top 1 percent of all submissions! Congratulations, Bianca!
