If you do not know what you want to do, then we suggest completing some of the career assessments listed below to help you find out what career clusters and occupations you may be interested in! All of the following assessments can be found under the Self-Discovery drop-down at the top of the Naviance Student page.

Cluster Finder – Identify activities, personal qualities, and school subjects that interest you the most to find compatible career clusters while also exploring various careers in those clusters.

The Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO) is an organization in Northeast Illinois who represents close to 150,000 union construction workers and contractors.
