After School Supports begin Monday, September 20, in the library from 3:30-4:30 PM. Support/tutoring is available Monday through Thursday in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading. World Language support is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will also be ESL/Bilingual and Special Education support available. The Tomcat College and Career Center (CCC) is online to explore various colleges and careers, investigate scholarship and financial aid opportunities, and see the full calendar of CCC visitors, programming and events. The CCC itself is open every day during all lunch periods and staffed by members of the EAHS student services team. SEMESTER EXAM SCHEDULE- SPRING 2018
Semester exams will take place on the last days of the 4th quarter, June 1, 4-5. These exams count for 15% of the students’ final semester grade in each class.
Students do not need to attend exam periods for their lunch/study hall or for zero period if they do not have a zero period class.
*If a student has a 3rd or 6th period Study Hall/Lunch combo, the student may leave school after the end of the appropriate 9:40a.m.-11:10a.m. exam, and not report to Study Hall on Wednesday 1/10 or Thursday 1/11.
**If a student has a 4th period Study Hall/Lunch combo, the student may arrive to EAHS on time for the 9:40a.m. exam slot on Thursday, 1/11; the student does not need to report to study hall that day.
*** If a student has a 5th Period Study Hall/Lunch combo, that student may arrive to EAHS on time for the 9:40a.m. exam slot on Friday, 1/12, if he/she has a zero hour class. If a student does not have a 0 period class, that student may leave school after the end of the 5th period exam. If a student only has make-up exams, that student may arrive to EAHS on time for the 11:20 exam slot.
