On April 18 our Tomcat NJROTC program held their annual Awards and Promotion Ceremony at East High. Student performances included the Dance, Drum and Bugle Corps, Unarmed Exhibition Drill, Armed Exhibition Drill, and the ever-popular Knockout Drill.

Awards were given in many categories, followed by cadet promotions. Thank you to our local veterans, and School Board President Annette Johnson, who helped distribute awards to our students. Thank you to all our instructors who guide our Tomcat NJROTC cadets toward success each day.

And a big congratulations to our Tomcats, who accomplished so much this year, represented East High and District 131 so incredibly well, and inspire us with their patriotism, respect and excellence!
