After School Supports begin Monday, September 20, in the library from 3:30-4:30 PM. Support/tutoring is available Monday through Thursday in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading. World Language support is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will also be ESL/Bilingual and Special Education support available. The Tomcat College and Career Center (CCC) is online to explore various colleges and careers, investigate scholarship and financial aid opportunities, and see the full calendar of CCC visitors, programming and events. The CCC itself is open every day during all lunch periods and staffed by members of the EAHS student services team. On January 31, during halftime of the boys varsity basketball game, the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association will be recognizing our boys basketball program for having over 1,500 wins. The East High Athletic Department is inviting any and all former coaches and players to attend and take part in the ceremony.
Since 1915, East Aurora High School has won 1,738 games (not including this year) and captured 28 district or regional titles along with 9 state tournament appearances that have produced a fourth place finish in 1969, and a third place state finish in 1972.
East Aurora High School has won sectional championships in 1947, 1969, 1970, 1972, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1992, and 1999.
Our Tomcats were state qualifiers in 1916, 1917, 1947, 1970, 1988, 1989, and 1992.
Along with numerous conference championships as well as holiday tournament titles, East Aurora High School is regarded as one of the all-time great boys basketball programs in Illinois.
Former Coach Ernie Kivisto was inducted into the IBCA Hall of Fame in 1973.
An incredible number of Tomcat players who have been selected to the IBCA Hall of Fame include: Tom Kivisto (1977) Bob Kivisto (1979), Greg Smith (1983), John Rennicke (1986), Bob LaVoy (1987), Tom Wyatt (1998), and Durrell Williams (2004).

El departamento deportivo de la escuela preparatoria del Este invita a todos ex-entrenadores y jugadores para asistan y participen en la ceremonia.
Desde 1915, la Escuela Preparatoria del Este de Aurora ha ganado 1738 juegos (sin incluir este año) y obtenido 28 títulos a nivel distrito o regionales, junto con 9 apariciones en torneos estatales que lograron el cuarto lugar en 1969 y el tercer lugar estatal en 1972.
La Escuela Preparatoria del Este de Aurora ha ganado campeonatos seccionales en 1947, 1969, 1970, 1972, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1992 y 1999.
Nuestros estudiantes Tomcats, clasificaron para las eliminatorias estatales en 1916, 1917, 1947, 1970, 1988, 1989 y 1992.
Junto con numerosas ligas de campeonatos, así como también títulos de torneos de vacaciones; la Escuela Preparatoria del Este de Aurora es considerada como uno de los mejores programas de baloncesto varonil en la historia de Illinois.
