For any graduating seniors interested in studying business in college, representatives of the Zurich  Apprenticeship Program will be in the Tomcat College and Career Center (CCC) during lunch periods on January 22 to recruit for their program.

“Zurich North America is in Schaumburg, Illinois. The Zurich Apprenticeship Program is a two-year journey that lets you earn a degree and launch a career with one of the largest global providers of insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The program blends paid, on-the-job learning at Zurich with college coursework through one of our higher-education providers. Zurich covers tuition for apprentices to complete either an associate degree (for those with few or no college credits). Successful applicants will earn a full-time salary and benefits as well as have their tuition covered at Harper College in Palatine, IL.”

This is an incredible opportunity for students to jumpstart not just their education, but their professional career immediately following graduation from EAHS. Through the Zurich Apprenticeship students will:

• Be employed in a lucrative part time job by Zurich North America
• Have tuition at Harper Junior College paid for by Zurich
• Be paid by Zurich for specific time that you are pursuing your studies through Harper
• Upon earning their Associates Degree, be offer full time salaried employment by Zurich
  • There are then opportunities through Zurich to have the completion of their Bachelor’s Degree fully funded as well
