East Aurora High School’s DECA team, lead by Business and Marketing Teacher Mark Lyons, competed in the annual State Competition over the weekend of March 7th.  The Tomcats earned several awards, recognitions and content area competencies.  

Winning awards and ICDC (International Career Development Conference) qualifiers were:

• Naomi Gutierrez-Sania Henry – 1st Place School Based Enterprise
• Alondra Cervantes-Sania Henry – 2nd Place Community Service Project
• Yohana Alcala-Cindy Del Cid – 3rd Place Community Service Project
