In first grade, students are studying the parts and life cycle of plants in science class. To learn the vocabulary, students diagram the various parts of the plants including roots, stem, leaves, seeds, and flowers. In addition, the students created a plant life cycle documenting the process from seed to adult plant. With springtime in our sights, we hope to see germinating plants soon!
