Remember the Kane County Educator of the Year Awards that took place May 3 at the Q Center in St. Charles? In addition to our many nominees and winner Denise Halleran, the East High NJROTC’s Color Guard conducted colors for the event. The team included Tomcats: Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Jared Rivera, Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Samuel Felix, Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Joaquin Gonzalez, and Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Cesar De La Cruz. The Color Guard is coached by Chief Kevin Meadows.
