Soft lockdown at East HighSoft lockdown at East High

Earlier today, at about 10:55 a.m., East High went into a soft lockdown, at the request of the Aurora Police Department. The lockdown was due to threat that was written on a bathroom wall. The APD conducted a thorough investigation and the threat was deemed unsubstantiated. Students were released at 11:35 a.m., the dismissal time for today due to the scheduled half-day student attendance.
