Tomcat NJROTC presents at Crete-Monee High SchoolTomcat NJROTC presents at Crete-Monee High School

On January 30, the Tomcat Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) gave an orientation brief to parents and students at Crete-Monee High School. Crete-Monee will soon start a new NJROTC program at their high school and wanted to learn from East High.

Our Tomcats gave an overview of the program, did some drill demonstrations, and 14 of our cadets gave personal testimonies on how the NJROTC program at East High has made a positive impact on their lives. Our students were well-received by the Crete-Monee school community, including students, parents, administrators, school counselors, school board members, and the interim superintendent.

Thank you Tomcats, for representing us so well. We are proud of you!
